Jonas has won two BREEAM Awards 2020!

Proud to announce that Jonas has won two BREEAM Awards 2020! According to the jury, Jonas is one of the standout projects from this year’s BREEAM Awards, awarded in the Homes – Design Stage as well as in Regional Award – Western Europe. The integral concept is designed by Orange Architects, ABT BV, Felixx Landscape Architects & Planners. The jury was unanimous in their enthusiasm for this project: ‘’Jonas sets a new direction for residential developments. Its mix of sound but innovative technical solutions, widespread engagement and broader community benefit meant it stood out from the crowd. A powerful example for others.’’ Jonas features a range of environmental characteristics which have been implemented, with the jury particularly liking the commitment to responsibly-sourced materials.
