2 wins at Breeam Awards 2025 for Jonas

We’re extremely happy to share that Jonas has received not one, but two major accolades at the prestigious BREEAM Awards 2025 in London! In the category New Construction Residential, as well as Residential Building in the People's Choice category, Jonas won first prize. 

Following two BREEAM Awards during the design phase back in 2020, this recognition celebrates the successful realization of our collective sustainability ambitions. Jonas sets a new standard for future-proof living in urban environments — where community, climate resilience, and circularity come together. Felixx designed the integrated landscape concept that supports communal life and biodiversity throughout the complex. The heart of Jonas is not just architectural — it’s social, ecological, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Jonas is designed by Orange Architects & Felixx Landscape Architects & Planners, with the interiors by Pubblik&Vos commissioned by Amvest and developed in collaboration with ABT bv, SmitsRinsma built by Ballast Nedam West, Rots Maatwerk and Van Der Tol bv. Congrats to the team!
