Felixx announces the appointment of four new associate-partners

Marking a significant milestone in its journey towards excellence and growth

Since its founding in 2014, Felixx has evolved from a start-up into a dynamic scale-up with a global reach. Committed to addressing pressing global challenges, Felixx is dedicated to creating thriving environments worldwide. To further its mission, new Associate-Partners, Natalia Andreeva, John de Groot, Eduardo Marín Salinas, and Elan Redekop van der Meulen, will join the Felixx Management Team and work alongside founding partners Deborah Lambert, Michiel van Driessche, and Marnix Vink. Together, they will focus on strategic initiatives to enhance the position of the firm.

Eduardo Marin Salinas

Felixx is deeply engaged in tackling global climate challenges, and sees Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) as a pivotal instrument in this endeavor. With his professional expertise, Eduardo Marín Salinas, a distinguished landscape architect, researcher, and biologist, will chart new directions for Felixx, and ensure that the firm maintains its leadership in the sector by advancing the integration of NBS into its projects.

Natalia Andreeva

In an era marked by escalating environmental adversities, a paradigm shift from merely beautifying existing landscapes to imbuing environments in transition with cultural significance is of great importance. Natalia Andreeva, a trained architect, will play a pivotal role in enhancing the design ethos of Felixx. Leading multiple projects, she will translate conceptual strategies into tangible representations, ensuring that projects effectively respond to global challenges while remaining strongly aligned with local cultural contexts.

Elan Redekop van der Meulen

At Felixx, fostering talent and personal development is of key importance. Elan Redekop van der Meulen, a skilled landscape architect who recently completed the Professional Experience Program at Felixx, will leverage his professional development to further enhance the internal office structure. His efforts will nurture team growth, and enable each employee of the firm to realize their full potential.

John de Groot

As a trusted partner to its clients and collaborators, Felixx is committed to managing increasingly intricate and collaborative projects. John de Groot, an urban planner, public space designer, and project leader with a wealth of experience in the design of renowned offices, will oversee the professionalization of Felixx workflows. His expertise will streamline internal processes, enrich business relationships, and enhance client management.

‘’Felixx is a diverse group of about 40 professional activists, who want to make the world a happier and healthier place. The appointment of four associate-partners marks a significant step forward in the professional path of the firm, to ensure both its enduring success and its commitment to innovation and sustainability.’’ Deborah Lambert.
