R&D Campus Fengxian

The new R&D Campus in Fengxian is located along the Huangpu Rivers. It transforms the existing sites and buildings into an exclusive business realm. The concept of an exclusive resort is transferred to a business environment. This remote, calm and peaceful place is turned into a luxurious realm. The organization of all facilities ensures an undisturbed experience for every individual user.   The design preserves the natural character of the landscape. Three artificial, scenic routes are created: the shoreline, a park trail and the avenue. These routes connect diverse and compact clusters with the program and functions of R&D Campus.
