FTI FESTIVAlFlanders Technology & Innovation organizes FTI Festival in Hasselt, Belgium, from 16 till 21st of March to bring everyone together around technology and innovation and be a driving force for sustainable prosperity. Because only together can we tackle the great challenges of the future. The transition to sustainable cities concerns everyone: entrepreneurs, policymakers, researchers, students, and citizens. Everyone is needed to create the future together, including you. Technological innovations are vital to this transition. But technology can only change the world through your involvement. Keynote nature-based solutions On the 18th of March, Michiel Van Driessche will present a keynote on Nature-based Solutions within the topic of Nature in Cities. Throughout the day, various speakers will talk about biodiversity in urban areas, agroforestry, data driven climate adaption and Nature-based Solutions.
