Selected for Europa Park

For the development of lot P2 in the Europapark, the municipality of Groningen is going to collaborate with our team, led by ABC Vastgoed. Our team's innovative view of area development was the deciding factor. The first phase will be a feasibility study for the 70,000m2 of mixed-use program. The development of lot P2 has high ambitions and great potential. This calls for creativity and innovative ideas. Public Space as a Carrier  Felixx' Public Space Guide for the municipality was again applied to Europapark to help find a balance between all the claims made on the public space. In order for the public space to become a carrier of the area development, it is important to start seeing the street again as 'a shared space'.
