Felixx collaborated with PosadMaxwan and Brink on the development of the Guide for Large-Scale Business Locations, commissioned by the Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties in the context of the Mooi Nederland program. The guide promotes spatial quality in the (re)development of business sites, using landscape systems—such as soil and water—as a foundation for planning. It introduces landscape-led design concepts that support ecological value, efficient land use, and sustainable transformation of existing industrial areas. Based on six real-world case studies, the guide offers practical tools, design principles, and governance strategies to address complex challenges like innovation campuses and logistics hubs, contributing to integrated and resilient spatial development.
