Felixx associate Elan will join Deltares to present the keynote “Integrated Design for Public Space: Climate Adaptation and Spatial Quality in Het Hogeland” at the IAHR Europe Congress. Drawing on New Space Groningen and the Design Guidelines for Het Hogeland, together they will demonstrate how these methodologies balance spatial quality, wellbeing, mobility, economy, and environmental challenges. Offering a new approach to public space, one with less space for parked cars and bicycles and more space for green, play and social interaction.
