Ecologist / Planting Expert

Felixx Landscape Architects & Planners is looking for an experienced ecologist or plant expert. We offer you a wide variety of projects to be involved in: From public space design to planning large-scale landscape transformations for many different locations around the world. The integration of climate solutions is at the basis of each plan, from the concept to its realization. That is why an extensive plant knowledge and strategic vision on planting in a changing climate is a crucial part within our business. In this versatile function you work closely with the design and research teams and advise on various integral landscape projects. You draw up planting plans, management and maintenance plans, work’s green visions and the integration of climate-ready strategies and Nature-based Solutions. About Felixx Felixx is a young and fast-growing landscape architecture firm. A team of 35 designers, researchers and engineers is strongly committed to climate challenges. Our design teams are skilled in managing striking and complex projects. We remain involved in our projects from initiation to completion and work in full cooperation with our customers and partners during research, design, technical and construction phases. Your profile A relevant, completed training preferably in ecology An expert in planting An open, communicative, enthusiastic and investigative working attitude; 2-5 years of work experience Good control of Vectorworks or similar, Adobe Creative Suite Good communication skills Fluent Dutch and English in word and writing Living in or around Rotterdam We offer A dynamic international team to work in A job with a great development potential An suitable salary A coaching trajectory A creative work environment Interested?
