Sponge City Nakuru: Building Climate Resilience in Kenya
Felixx, together with the RVO, will host a Serious Game inviting participants to explore the complexity of urban climate adaptation through collaboration and role‑play. Using the real‑world case of Nakuru, Kenya, participants take on stakeholder roles and work together to co-design inclusive, resilient, and future-proof strategies for urban water management and climate adaptation.

Water as Leverage: Natural Intelligence for Urban Resilience
Drawing on Felixx's Water as Leverage projects, the session explores how Nature-based Solutions, landscape-led planning, and cross-sector collaboration can address interconnected challenges such as flooding, water scarcity, environmental degradation, and urban growth. Demonstrating how water can move beyond conventional risk management to become a driver for resilient and sustainable urban development.
